Open Browse, pick a product, then Save to list or Buy on Amazon. Or use Your list suggestions when the list is empty.

How do I get a reminder on my phone?

On Your list, use Add my list to calendar and open the file in your phone calendar. Keep the calendar app’s default notifications on. Due items also turn red when you come back to the site.

How do reminders work?

On this website, Restock alerts highlight due and running-low items on Your list when you come back. Nothing is sent while you are away. The Chrome extension can show an in-page reminder card on the webpage you are viewing, while Chrome is open. There is no email digest, no browser push, and no operating-system notification.

What happens when I mark replaced?

The timer resets from today. Smart repeat learns from how long the last cycle lasted.

Where is my list stored?

In this browser’s local storage. When's It Due does not sync your personal list across devices. Use Settings to download a JSON backup or import one on another computer.

I ordered on Amazon but it has not arrived yet.

On the item, use I ordered — snooze 3, 7, or 14 days. Mark replaced when it lands.

How do I contact you?

Settings → Contact support opens your email app to whensitdue@yahoo.com. If nothing opens, email that address yourself.
